Black Ops 6 is quickly proving to be one of the best Call of Duty games ever made.
Camo grinds, new movement, and Ranked Play has everyone loving the game, but it also has a load of new players stepping into the world of Zombies for the first time.
As all Zombies players will know, Easter Eggs are a big part of the gameplay, and Terminus has perhaps one of the best Easter Eggs of all time.
However, that Easter Egg also concludes with an incredibly hard boss fight. For that reason, we've put together a list of the best guns to use in the Terminus boss fight.
The first gun we consider to be one of the best to use in the Terminus boss fight is one of the newest guns in the game, the Saug.
To use the Saug on Terminus, you will first need to unlock the Saug. You can do so by purchasing the Season 1 Battlepass and then advancing it to the end of tier three.
To make the Saug effective at taking down Patient 13, you will then need to level it up until you unlock the Akimbo Stock attachment. Akimbo will give you two Saugs, effectively doubling your damage and turning the weapon into an absolute DPS machine.
Check out our full Saug Zombies loadout below.
The starter pistol has always been a favourite for Zombie players, and although there technically isn't a starter pistol in Black Ops 6 zombies, the GS45 serves that purpose.
Historically, the starter pistol would always be the M1911, and while the gun was unassuming as a regular gun, when Pack-a-Punched it would become one of the most iconic guns in Zombies: The Mustang and Sally, dual-wield pistols that fire off explosive rounds. Beautiful.
The GS45 does the same thing in Black Ops 6 Zombies, but instead, it is named Sally and Forth.
Just like the Saug, you will need to level the gun up to use it Akimbo in Zombies, however, you could do so by completing the Liberty Falls Easter Egg first.
We have the rest of the best GS45 Zombies loadout below.
Snipers tend to get a bad rap in Zombies. They're slow firing, heavy, and lack the mobility of other guns. However, the SVD is incredibly different.
The fastest of the Snipers in Black Ops 4, it also has a hidden feature when Pack-a-Punched - it becomes a Shotgun.
The Shotgun feature combined with it's high damage, reasonable rate of fire, and respectable ammo capacity make it a perfect weapon for taking down Patient 13 and handling the hordes of Zombies that will try prevent you from doing so.
Use the SVD best zombies loadout as shown below.
Not only is the ASG-89 the best Shotgun in Zombies, it might just be the best weapon in Zombies all together. It's certainly one of the best guns for the Terminus boss fight.
It has a fast rate of fire, monster damage, and a huge ammo capacity, making it effective at taking down any type of enemy you might encounter in Zombies - especially Patient 13.
With the ASG-89, no one can stand in your way, and you'll have an easy time advancing the rounds to get yourself all set up for the big Terminus boss fight.

The final gun we think is one of the best for the Terminus boss fight is a bit of a rogue one, the CIGMA 2B.
A gun that should only be used as a secondary as you grind through the rounds to get to Patient 13, the CIGMA 2B is basically a cheat code for taking him down. You could even use it to basically do the Round 51 Dark Ops challenge with ease.
However, to make it even easier, you will need to use two Gobblegums. The first of these is Kill Joy, as the Instant Kill power up will mean you do even more to the critical hit spots of Patient 13. The second is Free Fire, which will prevent you from ever needing to reload and means that you can just keep firing your deadly rockets.
