Detailed information regarding your package will be sent to you 3-5 days ahead of the first show date.

*Backstage access is only available for the duration of the tour. Recording devices of any kind are not permitted in the backstage areas. The tour is hosted by a member of the BLAST Production team. Your tour will either take place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Your assigned date will be confirmed to you in the email which will be sent to you 3-5 days before the event. Changes to your date cannot be requested and or accomodated due to the logistics of the schedule.

** The Trophy photo is to be taken on your own personal device. A member of the BLAST team will be on hand to assist with this.
***A download link of the group photo will be sent to you 7-14 days post event date via email. Your photowill be stored in a shared link that will be visible to all package purchasers. Physical interaction with the
trophy is not allowed.
**** Limit of one item signed per guest. All items are subject to review. Any items that are listed as prohibited as per the venue security policy will not be allowed entry. Sessions will be automatically assigned to purchasers on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Players or talent are not confirmed ahead of the show.
*****Merchandise cannot be purchased &/ redeemed after the event, and under no circumstances will items be shipped to customers. Stock is limited and subject to availability. Merchandise is limited to merchandise available from the BLAST merchandise booth only. The voucher does not allow access to any

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing tickets for, or otherwise attending, the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions must be read alongside, and are subject to, any applicable terms and conditions of: (i) the venue at which the Event is held (Venue Terms); and (ii) the applicable ticketing agent from whom you purchase a ticket for the Event (Ticket Agent Terms). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the Venue Terms and the Ticket Agent Terms, the Venue Terms and Ticket Agent Terms shall take precedence.

1. Under 16s: Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the Event by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over, who would usually be the parent, carer, legal guardian or other adult entrusted with the care of that person) who accepts full responsibility and full supervision, at all times, for all under 16s attending under their supervision. Valid photo ID may be required for entry (as determined by BLAST or the venue). Children ages 3 and
under do not require a ticket to attend the show - but will not be provided a seat. If a seat is required, please reach out to the venue box office.

2. Attending the Event: By attending the Event, you agree that you:
a. will comply with the Event rules (as well as these terms and conditions).
b. will comply with any notices, warnings or instructions that are displayed or given to you by our staff. Please ask our staff if you have any issues or questions.
c. will act and behave in a responsible, sensible and safe manner at all times.
d. are responsible for any personal equipment or property that you use during the course of the Event and you will ensure that such equipment or property is in good working order, has been properly maintained and is used safely and in accordance with its instructions.

e. are fit to attend the Event.

f. will be subject to a search by security for licensing and safety reasons.

3.Our responsibility: in the absence of any negligence or breach of duty by us:
a.attending the Event is entirely at your own risk.
b.use of any equipment or property is entirely at your own risk.
c.we are not responsible or liable for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your
equipment, property or possessions at our Event.
d.you will be liable for any damage or loss caused by you.

4.Medical risks: There are risks associated with the Event that we cannot fully remove or mitigate. You should ensure that you are fully aware of the associated risks of attending the Event. This includes the risk of seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy or other similar medical conditions. For accessibility information, please contact LiveNation or Ticketmaster.

5.Re-entry: Once inside, you will not be allowed to exit and re-enter the venue.

6.Recordings of the Event: During the Event, filming, photography and broadcasting may take place, which may capture or record you in images and/or recordings. For information about how your personal information will be used, please see ourPrivacy Notice. By attending the Event, you grant permission for Blast or its partners to record and use your voice, image and likeness captured by any means (including using mobile devices, telephones
and cameras) during, at or around the Event (including at the venue). This may be used in the broadcast of the Event, as well as advertising, marketing or other commercial means by BLAST, its affiliates and licensees.
If you are a parent, guardian or responsible adult accompanying a person under 18 years of age on the date of the Event, you agree to the recording and use for the purposes set out in the above paragraph on behalf of that person who is under 18.

7. Changes to the Event: Although Event schedules may be published in advance, BLAST retains the right to alter the schedule without prior notice. Dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities are subject to change may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice.

8.Merchandise: All merchandise and other Event-specific perks must be purchased (where applicable) and collected on the day of the Event. Merchandise will not be mailed out if uncollected or purchased incorrectly. All merchandise sales are final. Refund requests will not be accepted if you change your mind. Exchanges for merchandise or other Event specific perks are not available after the Event has taken place. The Event organizer is not
responsible for lost or misplaced merchandise items.

9. Obstructions: Your view of the Event may be partially or fully obstructed at certain times, including by moving broadcast equipment such as camera jibs, mobile camera operations or other broadcast or production elements. BLAST, AEG or the venue reserve the right to amend your seating location if found to be restricted.

10. Personal Data: We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.Please ensure you take the time to read this, as it includes important information. You understand that we do not need your consent when we process your personal data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Notice.

11. Bag policy/non-permitted items: For details on the bag policy and permitted items, please contact the Dickies Arena, Ticketmaster or LiveNation. You may not bring flags, banners, bullhorns/loud hailers, amplified equipment or instruments without obtaining BLAST's
approval (as determined by BLAST in its discretion). Whilst cosplay is encouraged, this is not permitted for certain events and you must obtain BLAST's prior approval (as determined by BLAST in its discretion). Items that are not permitted into the venue include, but are not limited to:

• Weapons or explosives of any kind (including fake or replica weapons)
• Laser pointers
• Mace or pepper spray
• Illegal drugs
• Alcoholic beverages
• Outside food or beverages (except: up to one factory-sealed water bottle 75cl / 750ml orless; non-metallic, refillable containers must be empty)
• Glass containers / non-transparent containers
• Hard coolers, ice chests, thermoses
• Animals (except ADA-compliant service animals)
• Backpacks larger than A4
• Briefcases
• Coolers
• Fanny packs
• Luggage
• Oversized seat cushions
• Computer bags
• Camera bags
• Solid purses
• Large umbrellas (only small, collapsible umbrellas allowed; larger ones must be left at the door at your own risk)
• Electronic devices larger than a cellphone (e.g. laptops, iPads, tablets)
• Video equipment (video cameras, tape recorders; GoPros are permitted)
• Cameras with detachable lenses
• Selfie sticks or telescopic poles
