Getting to level 15 will bring you one of ARC Raiders' most interesting system: the Trials. These are challenges that change every week and that can give you excellent rewards and some bragging rights.
Whether you're looking to dominate the leaderboards or simply want to add some more objectives to your raids, here are the ARC Raiders Trials, explained.

You get side objectives which are available to do in every single raid. Some of them will be better to do on some maps than others, but they aren't tied to a single map. Doing those objectives will progress a Rank Points bar which will give you rewards when you reach certain thresholds.
The trials for this week are:
All these objectives have three milestones. Upon reaching 1000 Rank Points, you will get an Uncommon reward. 2500 points gets you a rare reward, and 4000 points gets you an epic reward. You get all these rewards once per milestone in each Trial.
These rank points do no accumulate between raids, all that matters is how many you can amass in a single topside run.

Your place in the Leaderboard serves as bragging rights, but it also serves another purpose. If you are placed in the bottom 40, you will remain at your current rank. If you've just started playing, that will be Rookie I. Staying between 60 and 31 will promote you to the next rank, which in this case would be Rookie II.
Staying in the top 30, though, will get you a 2x promotion, taking you straight to Rookie III. What do these ranks mean, though?
Reaching a higher rank in these Weekly Trials will unlock a ton of cosmetics to help you brag to other players. Here are all the ranks, and their respective rewards:

Furthermore, runs with major map conditions (at the moment the only one is Night Time Raids) will give you 2X points, so you should save your Trial runs for when there are Night Time Raids available.
As long as you are in the top 30, you're fine. Finishing in a higher position does not give you extra rewards. Just make sure you are in your desired Leaderboard position when Sunday comes.
