Fishing in High on Life 2 is a small side activity, but it is worth doing. It gives you a break from combat and exploration, and you also collect items needed for certain achievements. The game does not clearly point out every location, so knowing where to go saves time.
Before you start, you need the Fishing Rod. To get it, travel to Pinkline Harbor and head to the docks. You will see a fisherman sitting on a chair.
Talk to him, and he will mention that his boat is stuck. Use Travis’s ability to pull the boat out of the water. After that, he gives you the Fishing Rod. Once you have it, you can access all fishing spots listed below.

Pinkline Harbor has three fishing spots. The first one is along the beach near the fisherman’s boat. Walk along the shoreline, and the fishing prompt will appear. The second spot is at the pier under the cruise ship.
Go to the lower dock section and look for the prompt there. The third location is slightly north of the beach, closer to the offshore island. You will find a chair in that area.

Circuit Arcadia has two fishing spots. The first one is near the eastern Fast Travel point. Make sure there is no riverboat passing before you cast your line, or you will have to wait.
The second spot is near the western Fast Travel point. Go down the staircase close to Rhea Pharmaceutical and you will find the fishing area at the bottom.

Circuit Arcadia Zoo includes three fishing spots. One is near the wanted poster in the center of the Zoo.
Another is inside the large aquarium area, which is easy to miss if you do not explore properly. The final spot is near the Skate Bowl in the southern part of the map.
