If you play Knockout, you already know the main goal is simple. Slide around, knock other penguins off the map, and stay alive. Skins do not give boosts or extra power.
They are just for looks. Still, collecting them is a big part of the grind. There are over 50 skins in the game, and getting them all takes time.

Skin Shop eggs in Knockout
Most skins come from the Skin Shop in the lobby. You will find it next to the Join Group board. Before opening the shop, press the Go AFK button on the left side of the screen so you do not get pulled into a match.
You buy Eggs using Ice or Robux. After buying one, it appears on your screen. Click it repeatedly to hatch it. You will receive one random skin from that Egg. If you get a duplicate, it gets deleted automatically, so try different Eggs to avoid wasting Ice.
Eggs are divided into Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4, and Tier 6. Higher tiers cost more and contain rarer skins. The most expensive Egg is the Hunter Egg, which costs 2000 Ice.
