All records broken at the RLCS 2025 Raleigh Major

The RLCS 2025 Raleigh Major was a historical event for a multitude of reasons.

Just like at the LANs preceding it, the Lenovo Center crowd witnessed not only top-tier gameplay but also a multitude of new RLCS records and significant stats that they may not have realized were on the line.

Thanks to the RLCS' official statistician, dRekt, we were able to put together this list of all the significant ways history was made in Raleigh, by the numbers.

Team Falcons' historic victory

Easily the most notable and impactful result of the RLCS 2025 Raleigh Major belongs to none other than Team Falcons. Their landmark victory cemented them as the first ever non-NA/EU team to win an RLCS LAN.

Tournament MVP Kiileerrz told BLAST, "After winning this Major, we are confident that we could win the next EWC and World Championship in Lyon."

Records set and broken

Of course, Team Falcons were not the only ones to make history at the RLCS 2025 Raleigh Major.

Below are all the other RLCS records that were set and/or broken throughout the course of the tournament.

Player demos in a single game

In the very first series of the entire event, Karmine Corp's Atow. set the record for player demos in a single game by laying down a monstrous 12 demos in Game 3 against Twisted Minds.

Team demos in a single game

In that same Game 3 against Twisted Minds, Karmine Corp set the record for team demos in a single game with 16.

Player goals in a single game

Spacestation Gaming's kofyr and Team Falcons' Rw9 both tied the record for player goals in a single game with 5 goals each.

kofyr achieved this in Game 5 against FUT Esports during Round 2 of the Swiss Stage.

Rw9 matched it during Game 2 against Dignitas in the Upper Quarterfinals.

2nd best-of-7 reverse sweep on LAN

In possibly the most shocking result of the entire event, Twisted Minds knocked out tournament favorites Karmine Corp in what was only the 2nd best-of-7 reverse sweep ever on LAN.

There are countless POVs from both community figures and fans losing their minds as they watched the unthinkable unfold.

Apart from the obvious, there were a few other factors that made this occasion so special.

• Ironically, Twisted Minds was the org with the most best-of-7 reverse sweep losses at 3, including the very first instance on LAN vs Team Falcons during the Wildcard Stage at the RLCS 2022-2023 World Championship.
• rise. tied Torsos for most best-of-7 reverse sweep wins all-time, at 3, and also extended his best-of-7 series win streak against former teammate Vatira to 3.
• Twisted Mind's reverse sweep over Karmine Corp was the 4th longest best-of-7 series ever on LAN, at 41m 45s.

Milestones reached

Apart from records, there were also a handful of players who reached significant milestones in their RLCS careers during the Raleigh Major.

• rise. became the first player to reach 250 Goals scored on LAN
• Atomic became the 1st player to reach 500 Demos on LAN
• Vatira was the 3rd player to reach 300 Games Played on LAN
• ApparentlyJack, Firstkiller, and ExoTiiK were the 3rd, 4th, and 5th players to reach 200 Goals scored on LAN
• Superlachie and AtomiK both reached 1000 Career Games Played
• Atomic reached 1000 Career Goals Scored
