This weekend’s Major had some of the most high-level gameplay in recent memory. High level fakes, mindgames, outplays, and… pancakes? Boston had it all! Today, we take a look back at some of the best of the best from the first Major tournament of the RLCS 2026 Season.
Karmine Corp’s Vatira always has pop-off potential, and there’s no better way to start off a series with your interregional rival than a ceiling double into a backboard double tap starting from the opponents corner to open up the scoring. Karmine Corp took a convincing 3-1 victory to the house in this first game, but went up losing an instant classic to NRG in game 7.
You can’t have a highlights countdown without Shopify Rebellion standout Firstkiller involved. After a thrilling overtime where the Rebels had all of the pressure, MIBR finally got it away after surviving two close calls. Unfortunately for the Brazilians, their clear was handled mid-air by FK, who knocked it off of the backboard and calmly deposited in the top right corner to take the game.
Boston Major MVP Nass was hearing his name chanted all weekend, oftentimes after the most ridiculous goal you’ll ever see. One of his first entries on our list comes when he survived the bump, got the reset off of the ceiling, and instead of rushing a shot far post, he waited, caught it on the floor, and watched the ball explode into the net past two leaping Team Vitality defenders.

No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you, this clip DOES look similar. We’re putting it one spot higher just based on clutch factor. Look how calculated this entire set-up is. After just conceding, Twisted Minds draws up a beauty to get that goal right back. Trk511 speeds to the midfield boost on his left hand side, catches the ball on the wall right off of the initial fifty, and immediately goes airborne. He grabs his flip reset early, and waits all the way to the ground to wavedash it just underneath the leaping Vatira, lunging wildly to try and break up the game tying effort. The best part? This isn’t even the best goal from this GAME!
Vatira and his rule of thirds. His first entry on this list shows him with three different touches off of various arena surfaces to outplay NRG. This time around, it’s all three Spacestation defenders that he absolutely dangles to send them packing in game 5 overtime. And no need to act like he’s been there before either. This is an EU-NA rivalry game, you’re gonna get the Vatigoat pop-off afterwards. Karmine Corp avoids the upset in the group of death and crushes SSG’s dreams.
There isn’t an RLCS LAN without an electric 0 second goal, and the events leading up to it are enough to elevate it high up in our list of highlights. After trailing by two goals late in game 4, NRG storms back to tie it. With the waning seconds ticking away, Daniel dodges the bump attempt from Oski in his own net and is able to clear the danger. BeastMode picks it up with 3 seconds to go, looking for a game-winner of his own. Opening up the field with a bump AND demon off of a double commit, Atomic slams it off the backboard and Daniel puts it away. A three goal swing in regulation to head to match point. Unfortunately for NRG, the Mates buff was too strong, and the eventual champions survived in game 7 to move to the semifinals.
Joyo netted one of the most unique goals of the major, and helped give his team life in a series that seemed like Karmine Corp were going to run away with. Set-up by a beautiful Seikoo fifty, Joyo grabs the goal, pops it up, and jumps, spinning his car 180 degrees as he wavedashes it past two stunned Blue Wall defenders. A vintage moment from Joyo sparked Geekay’s offense and the EU5 seed took the two-time 2026 European Open champs the distance in Lower Round 1 of the playoffs.
Remember how we said this wasn’t the only Trk pop-off goal of Twisted Minds’ thrilling game 4 with Karmine Corp? Well here’s what beat it out. After clutching up in the dying seconds of regulation, Trk beats out Juicy to a jump ball in the KC half, survives the bump, and as he’s falling AWAY from the net, manages to beat out Atow and double it back toward the near post to force a game 5. Despite being the odd-one out on Team Falcons during the offseason, the three most dangerous letters in Rocket League proved that he’s still got plenty of gas left in the tank.
The RLCS has a shortage of pogo and plan B goals as is, but Crr brought a car bounce that you’ll probably never see pulled off on the biggest stage ever again. The spaniard dusts Atomic to a jump ball, but his momentum has carried him too high, too fast. Careening towards the ceiling, he opts to ram his fender into the ceiling at full-speed, boosts downward, and finishes off the double tap in style.
Oski netted one of the silliest game 7 equalizers we’ve seen, but it was so electric that we have to put it at #1. The Gentle Mates star dominates a mid-air fifty in the Team Falcons box and finds the ball trapped between the bottom of his car and the backboard. Using the flip reset at the perfect time, Oski is able to force it into the net before any of the Falcons defenders are able to react. Gentle Mates ended up taking the game and series and advanced to the Grand Finals. And there’s an extremely high chance that they wouldn’t have gotten their second major victory, had it not been for the Pancake Heard ‘Round the World.
