BLAST partnered with La Banque Postale for the French broadcast of the Paris Major, marking a major step in an expanded collaboration surrounding the 2026 RLCS season. This agreement placed the bank at the heart of French-language broadcasts and digital content for the event, while extending across the entire competitive circuit throughout the year, further strengthening its commitment to the Rocket League community in France.
A Strong Presence at the Paris Major
During the Paris Major, La Banque Postale was fully integrated into the event with a major on-site presence close to the fans. Several activations were offered to all audiences, from newcomers to experienced players: collaborative challenges accessible live from the La Défense Arena, activities designed alongside the experts at Rocket Baguette, as well as the creation of exclusive eco-designed goodies imagined by a French artist.
Inclusion and Commitment in Esports
Long committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in esports, La Banque Postale also set up a booth in partnership with Women in Games France as part of the Checkpoint initiative. This program aims to promote diversity and equal opportunities within the video game and esports industries through trained mobile teams operating on-site to prevent inappropriate behavior, support participants, and provide a safe space for listening and assistance.
Supporting Emerging Talent
Beyond its presence on the RLCS circuit, La Banque Postale also contributes to the development of the amateur Rocket League scene. In particular, it supports the creation of competitions open to everyone, with the goal of helping the next generation of players grow and fostering a more inclusive esports ecosystem.
This commitment was notably reflected in the co-creation of the RBRS (Rocket Baguette Rising Stars) alongside Rocket Baguette, an amateur championship bringing together more than 4,000 participants in every edition.
“The renewal of our partnership with La Banque Postale confirms the strength and success of our collaboration over recent years,” said BLAST. “Together, we continue to make the Rocket League Championship Series a key platform for French-speaking esports, connecting fans, players, and partners through high-quality broadcasts and unique live experiences.”
“As a local bank that has been involved in esports for several years, it was only natural for us to move closer to Rocket League, a major title in France that shapes the daily lives of millions of fans. This partnership is also strategically important in helping us continue to build awareness of both our brand and our offerings among 18–35-year-olds.” said Thomas Salviejo, director of brand, media and partnerships at La Banque Postale.
This partnership marks a new milestone in the shared commitment of BLAST and La Banque Postale to grow the French-speaking Rocket League community and deliver innovative, high-quality esports entertainment. Together, we will continue creating unique opportunities that allow fans and players to fully experience Rocket League throughout the 2026 season and beyond.
