2XKO came out into Early Access with 11 champions, but you'll only have access to six of them for free: Ahri, Braum, Darius, Ekko, Illaoi, and Yasuo. So if you want to get your hands on Blitzcrank, Jinx, Teemo, Vi, or Warwick, you'll need to unlock them via one of the methods given by Riot Games.
Those are champion tokens, premium currency, or free currency. Here is how to get champion tokens in 2XKO, the easiest and cheapest way to unlock extra characters in Riot's fighting game.

At the time of writing, there are three ways to unlock Champion Tokens. Two of them are completely free, the last one is a paid alternative, but one that is quite worth it.
First Fight is the tutorial that automatically begins the first time you open 2XKO. As long as you complete it instead of skipping it, you will get a Champion Token at the end (you can skip it if you completed it during the Closed Beta).
The second free Champion Token which you can unlock requires a bit more work, but is still quite easy to achieve. First Steps are a collection of 12 missions that are meant to teach you most 2XKO systems. Completing all of them gets you another Champion Token. These are the missions:

Until the end of 2026, Riot Games is selling 2XKO Starter Edition bundles which not only give you credits and cosmetics, but also a ton of tokens.
There are three available editions, which will, among other things, give you the following:
Besides the Tokens, champions can also be unlocked by paying 1000 KO points. With this in mind, each edition can unlock the following amount of champions:
Given that there are only five champions to unlock at the moment, you could unlock all of them with the Standard edition and the two free ones you already own, and save the 2000KO points for whatever else you need.
Also do keep in mind that champions can also be unlocked by paying 10000 credits, so you can get them all for free, it will just take much longer to do so.
