Wardogs: Best support loadout

Playing support in Wardogs can feel a little slow at first, especially if you just want to run around and get kills.

But once vehicles, bases, and explosives start becoming important, support becomes one of the most useful classes on the team.

Support gets access to LMGs, shotguns, and launchers, so you have options for different situations. I would focus on a strong LMG first and then build the rest of the loadout around what your team needs.

PKM

The PKM is probably the safest main weapon choice for support. It is heavy and will slow you down, but that is not a huge problem since support usually does not need to rush around as much as some other classes.

M500

For close-range fights, the M500 is a really useful option. You are often going to be around bases, vehicles, buildings, and fortifications as support, so enemies can get close pretty quickly.

MAAWS, RPG-7, and MGL-40

Launchers are one of the biggest reasons to play support. You can choose between the MAAWS, RPG-7, and MGL-40 depending on what you are trying to do. The RPG-7 and MAAWS make sense when enemy vehicles are becoming a problem, while the MGL-40 gives you another way to throw explosives toward infantry positions.

Weapons are useful, but equipment is where the support class actually starts feeling different. If you are only taking fights and ignoring your tools, you are missing a pretty big part of what makes the class useful.

Hammer

The Hammer lets you build fortifications and strengthen your team's base. It is especially useful when your team has a position worth holding for a while.

Drill

The Drill is one of the most practical tools support gets because it lets you repair vehicles on the battlefield.

Remote Detonator

The Remote Detonator becomes really useful once you start setting up explosives. Instead of relying entirely on an enemy to trigger something themselves, you can decide when to set it off.

AT Mine and C4 Charge

The AT Mine is a good choice when you know enemy vehicles are likely to move through a certain route. Place it somewhere that actually gets traffic instead of randomly dropping it and hoping for the best.
