Our Unanswered Calls guide will help you complete this new Escape From Tarkov Kordbreach task, which is trickier than it initially appears.
Task Walkthrough
As soon as you accept the task, Therapist will give you a letter, which will go towards your Task item stash. Once you are ready to head into Ground Zero, transfer it to your character.
As with any other quest item, dying with it on your possession means you lose it. This is fine though, as you will have another ready to go in your messages from Therapist.
If you do die with it, simply receive the task item from your messages and make sure to transfer it to your inventory before you try again. You can do this as many times as you want.
You need to bring the letter and stash it at “the reception desk on the second floor of the Terragroup office”. Here:
The Terragroup buildings is circled, and the arrow is pointing towards the reception desk on the second floor. To reach it you need to get into the building and take the stairs to your right.
Enter the reception and you’ll spot the desk on your right. Simple, right? Not really.
Unanswered Calls Tips
If you’ve played Ground Zero for a bit, you’ll be aware that this is the hottest area of the map. Not only does it have a fair bit of loot, it is close to the car extract and it is also home to one of the first quests you complete: Saving The Mole.
The likelihood of getting in and out of this building without running into another player is extremely low, so how can we do this safely? We have two options.
If you have a good spawn (like right outside the Terragroup Garage) rush the quest location immediately. You do not need to survive and extract to complete the task, so as long as you make it there and stash the item, you will be fine.
In case you spawn far away from the Terragroup building, you are better off taking it slow, looting the map and leaving the task for the end of the raid. If you do, do not risk getting into any of the rooms on the second floor of the building. You might have players hiding there, or player scavs looking for scraps.
Rush towards the reception desk, crouch behind it and stash the item.
Completing this quest will get you:

- 3x CMS surgical kit
