Christmas has come early.
It's just over a week 'til Santa comes down the chimney, but none of his presents will come close to the joy that BLAST Premier World Final is bringing to you this weekend.
We promise.
Four teams remain after a gruelling year of games and the world champion will be crowned come Sunday evening - but who is in that final will be determined by tomorrow's gems.
Let's start with a nuclear banger.
Oh hell yeah.
Games don't get much spicier than this - just days after FaZe stole the crown jewel off of MOUZ, they get to wave it in their face.
frozen enters the Etihad Arena stage and stares down his old teammates in his first FaZe stage game. The stakes don't get much higher, and he gets the chance to remind MOUZ what they've lost.
MOUZ are using Brollan as a stand-in for this event, but that hasn't slowed them down. They tore NAVI asunder today to set up this showdown, and in frozen's absence siuhy has become a monster.
The IGL is in the top 10 rated players at the event with a 1.24 rating, which, it goes without saying, is incredibly impressive to pull off while leading. Jimpphat and torzsi have also posted some superb numbers, coming into the stage games with an even higher rating.
torzsi's resurgence in the last six months has been a joy to watch, and he's been frying here in Abu Dhabi, while Jimpphat has continued to be quietly excellent. Often literally.
MOUZ don't seem to be missing frozen yet, but FaZe are loving his addition. He's slotted into FaZe with ease, joining old teammates karrigan and ropz, who both also played for MOUZ.
ropz has been lights out once more here in Abu Dhabi, with perhaps his most impressive performance being a 27-kill map against G2. karrigan turned up in overtime to drop the guillotine in map three of that series too, as they survived the marathon in typical FaZe fashion.
The new boy has been warming into his time at FaZe without being spectacular just yet, but it feels like it's only a matter of time.
This game promises to be a brawl.
NAVI saw off G2 and their prize is a date with Team Vitality.
Vitality have been impervious to a man, with mezii impressing consistently throughout the tournament. ZywOo has been, as ever, untouchable and Spinx reliable and tough to play against.
They have looked every bit the team that won Fall Final, except with mezii firing on all cylinders too, making them a team that absolutely nobody would want to play.
Vitality 2-0'd NAVI quite comfortably in their first clash, but jL told BLAST.tv that he believes they can win if they fix their mistakes from that game.
With iM bringing the heat today to dump G2 out, NAVI become a very interesting prospect. With jL, iM, b1t and w0nderful all capable of carrying a game and Aleksi pulling the strings, they can be extremely dangerous.
They seemed to get better and better through the series today, and might just be levelling up at the perfect time.
