We are just nine days out from the start of the World Final, and we're in fever pitch.
In preparation, here's everything you need to know about who is most likely to take it all, and who has the outside track.
It's hard to look past Team Vitality as a potential winner in Abu Dhabi.
While many of the other teams are changing, Vitality come off the back of success in Copenhagen with a bit of stability and the best player in the world in perfect nick.
ZywOo has been sensational since the beginning of CS2 - well, in fairness, since he took up CSGO - and shows no signs of letting up. Without his kryptonite around, the one player who could stop him taking the #1 role in s1mple, ZywOo has been unleashed on the world.
apEX, quietly, has become one of the best IGLs in the world and Vitality have taken the flameZ and mezii in their stride, barely missing a beat.
That is all without mentioning Spinx, a player whose addition turned Vitality from contenders to Major winners almost overnight. There's only one team who have looked like matching them in CS2, and they just beat FaZe in Copenhagen.
FaZe Clan are a team who we cannot possibly ignore.
Until the grand final in Denmark, they hadn't lost a series in CS2 on LAN, and it's quite possible that that is nothing more than a blip.
This is a team who have come back from the brink more times than Rocky Balboa and punch harder than Ivan Drago, and you'd have to be a fool to bet against them.
The wildcard in this situation is the reported addition of frozen. The loss of Twistzz would affect even the best teams of all time, as has been proven before, but frozen is about as apt a replacement as one could find.
The Slovak is undoubtedly one of the finest players in the world, and his transfer is one that should excite, and maybe even push FaZe over the limit into a team who can define the early era of CS2.
Three fifths of a team who ripped the Stockholm Major to pieces have rocked up at Cloud9, and electroNic is recharged.
While Cloud9 haven't been in tournament-winning shape at the start of CS2, they're slowly getting there - and there are few duos more deadly at their peak than Ax1Le and electroNic.
The signing of Boombl4 introduces an oft-underestimated leader of men and an equally dangerous Counter-Strike player to the mix, making this team as unpredictable as it is frightening.
If it all clicks, this team might just be the best in the world. This is a mercurial, enigmatic, quicksilver team with a ceiling of unforeseen levels, and it might just be brilliant.
On the underdogs side, we're looking at Heroic first of all. This is a team who, let's not forget, were not just taking on giants, they were the giants.
Things have changed, players have moved on, but the replacements Heroic have found are no slouchs either - and this is a team with a point to prove and an insatiable hunger.
dupreeh is a player who has won everything there is to win, and if anyone can drag a Danish team back to where they belong it is he. salazar is a young AWPer who is getting his chance to prove why he belongs, and Zyphon was more than impressive on other teams.
Importantly, they all have a chip on their shoulder.
Heroic might not be the top-tier team they were just a few months ago yet, but underrate them at your own peril.
MOUZ would quite possibly be in the other half of this article had they not reportedly just lost one of the best players in the world a week before the event.
frozen was a key part of this team being among the best in the world, and while Brollan is a fine player, it might be tough to get him fit and firing at the same level immediately.
This team is still not to be ignored. siuhy remains the most exciting young IGL in world Counter-Strike, and the rebirth of torzsi has been a joy to watch. Jimpphat has grown into a genuine star, and xertioN's aggression and conviction make him a player who can turn a game on its head.
Make no mistake - MOUZ are only an underdog because the level here is so high. Swapping a star this close to the event might be enough to bring them from top three to bottom four.
Natus Vincere could quite easily make it all the way to the final, but being in a group with Cloud9, ENCE and Vitality make their journey to playoffs a treacherous one.
w0nderful is an excellent player, and has fit NAVI like a glove - but he like the rest of us is no match for the guy he's replaced. This is a team brimming with skill and intelligence, led by the revered Aleksib, so it'd be insane to suggest they couldn't go deep here, but it doesn't get harder than an opening game against Vitality.
If they are to do well, it could be on the back of any one of their players. w0nderful, b1t, jL and iM are all capable of carrying, but it's the form of b1t that should excite NAVI fans.
We cannot wait to see the action in Abu Dhabi, and hope you join us for the ride.
