The Rocket League esports community is flying into North Carolina this upcoming weekend for the RLCS 2025 Raleigh Major.
This $350k 16-team international tournament is the second major LAN of the year and one of the last opportunities to qualify for the 2025 World Championship.
With some crazy storylines and super close online events in each region, RLCS Raleigh is shaping up to be one of the most competitive events we've ever seen.
A view of the arena at the RLCS 2024 World ChampionshipLAN events such as the RLCS Raleigh Major are best enjoyed in person without a doubt.
Seeing the world's best players in action, meeting your favourite content creators, buying exclusive merch, and screaming your head off alongside other diehard fans is truly the pinnacle of the Rocket League esports experience.
Those able to do so should definitely grab some tickets and join the crowd at the Lenovo Center from June 26th through 29th!
Thankfully, being unable to attend the RLCS Raleigh Major in person does not exclude anyone from catching all the action.
The entire competition will be broadcast on the official Rocket League Esports Twitch and YouTube channels.
RLCS Raleigh Major swiss bracket with first-round matchupsThe RLCS Raleigh Major consists of two parts: the Swiss Stage and the Playoffs. While the former can be a bit confusing for those unfamiliar with it, it's quite simple once you see it in action.
The Swiss Stage format, also featured in BLAST's CS2 Austin Major, operates on a principle that every gamer can understand.
Every team, no matter the seed, gets 3 lives. After the first round, which is seeded based on RLCS standings, teams will be matched up against others with the same win/loss record. From there, those who lose 3 best-of-5 series are eliminated, and those who win 3 series are placed into the single-elimination Playoff bracket based on their Swiss Stage records.
Regarding matches, the overall RLCS Raleigh Major schedule is as follows:
Updated results and individual match times can be found on BLAST's tournament page.
Additionally, anyone attending in person should keep an eye on social media for any fan meetups or other special events announced by Rocket League Esports, teams, and content creators.
Rosters of all 16 teams competing at the RLCS Raleigh MajorIf your favorite team didn't qualify for the RLCS Raleigh Major, or you're simply a new fan of Rocket League without a specific allegiance yet, we've got you covered:
One of the simplest and most effective reasons to rally behind a team is simply hailing from the same region. Here are all the qualified teams from each region in order of seeding:
If you don't care about shared nationalities, but just want to see your team win, there are three rosters you can safely get behind.
EU and NA are still the only two regions to have won an RLCS LAN, but they are not nearly as dominant as they once were. For anyone interested in disrupting the status quo and seeing a new region lift some silverware, two teams have the best chances of making that dream come true.
BLAST's RLCS Raleigh Major SimulatorOnce you've got a decent grasp of how the tournament works and who the favorites are, take a stab at predicting the results using BLAST's RLCS Raleigh Major Simulator.

Chalked Cast vs First Touch in-game titlesEven though fans don't get a shot at the trophy or a piece of the $350k prize pool, there is still much to be gained from the RLCS Raleigh Major in the way of in-game items. As usual, Fan Rewards are available for those over a certain number of hours of the event via Twitch.
Simply link your Epic Games account to Twitch, tune in when the broadcast is live, and claim your items when you see the notification.
On top of that, there's something truly special this time around. As part of Rocket League's 10th anniversary celebration, players can get involved in the esport's biggest rivalry: Chalked Cast vs First Touch. Free in-game titles will be available to support your favorite podcast, and the winners will be announced before the content-filled showmatch on LAN at the RLCS Raleigh Major.
PSA: Before choosing a side, be aware that CJCJ has been replaced by Chalked Cast's newest host... GarrettG.
