The second stage of the RLCS 2025 World Championship has come to an end.

Both Groups A and B have finalized with yet another day of upsets and surprises!

Yesterday set the stage for two household names to be shown the door, but it was still a shock to see them go.

Raleigh Major runner-up Dignitas and SAM #1 FURIA both make their exit without seeing a single game in the Playoffs.

With their eliminations, Karmine Corp and Geekay Esports secure two Playoff spots for Europe that were unexpectedly denied from the region the previous day.

M0nkey M00n, ExoTiiK, and zen. Two defending world champions and Rocket League's most successful prodigy—a superteam by all definitions—have been sent packing in the lower bracket of Group B.

Team Vitality will miss out on an RLCS LAN Playoff for the first time this year.

In their place, Ninjas in Pyjamas, featuring former Vitality player Radosin, will represent Europe come Saturday.

Finally, South America joins APAC and SSA in the list of eliminated regions as Spacestation takes out Team Secret.

All Playoff spots have now been claimed, and we've got our opening matches for Saturday!

Europe has clawed its way back to match North America with three teams in the Playoffs, and Team Falcons will once again be MENA's last remaining representative throughout the rest of the weekend.

However, where fans might have expected a team from SAM or another squad from one of the regions mentioned above, we see an in-form Wildcard proudly carrying the banner for OCE!
