Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is BLAST, with a registered address at [Promoter Address] (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
• By entering the competition, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, participants must submit a valid email address via this web page
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 5/2/25 5am and closes on 1/5/25 5am.
• Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of one (1) pair of weekend tickets to Rocket League Paris Major 2026.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative prize is available.
• Any additional costs associated with attending such as travel, accommodation, food and drink are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 1 day of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection & GDPR

• The Promoter is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and/or EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), as applicable.
• By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their email address solely for the purposes of administering the competition, including winner selection and prize delivery.
• The lawful basis for processing personal data is consent and legitimate interest in administering the competition.
• Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the competition and fulfil legal or regulatory obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize or where required by law.

Marketing Communications (Optional):

• Where participants are given the option to opt in to marketing communications, this is not a condition of entry.
• Participants may withdraw their consent to marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting the Promoter directly.

8. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / other jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
