How to unlock the Corvette ZR1 in Rocket League

Psyonix just revealed its latest licensed vehicle addition to Rocket League, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1!

While the American supercar's outrageously high 1,064 horsepower won't translate into the game, there's still plenty of reason to pick it up during the game's Summer Road Trip event.

The Corvette ZR1 car body utilizes the Breakout hitbox, which is increasingly rare for any licensed vehicle added into Rocket League.

In the process of unlocking the main car body, players will also be awarded a set of Corvette ZR1 Wheels that can be used on any car, as well as two new Player Titles.

Oh, and it's completely free. No credits needed to buy some in-store bundle.

Simply launch the game, complete the challenges explained in this article, and all items related to the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 will be yours.

No, you can't get the Corvette ZR1 car body yet... but hold on!

Unlocking the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Wheels is a necessary step on your way to earning the full vehicle.

To do so, you'll have to complete the first four challenges below:

• MADDENING MUTATOR Player Title - Play a Private Match with custom mutators
  • Tip: Create a private 1v1 against a Beginner bot. Turn on any mutator you want, set Max Score to 1, and then just score a single goal.
• 5,000 XP - Get 15 assists or centers in Online Matches
• 5,000 XP - Score 15 goals in Online Matches
• HAWAIIAN SHIRT CONNOISSEUR Player Title - Get 15 saves or epix saves in Online Matches
• Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Wheels - Complete 4 Summer Road Trip challenges

Once you've secured the accompanying wheels, you're ready to unlock the main attraction.

Simply complete the single challenge below and you'll unlock not only the car body, but also four bonus cosmetic items.

• Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Car Body - While partied up with someone, play 5 games in Online Matches with the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Wheels equipped
  • Completing this challenge also unlocks the ZR1 Stripes, Sea Wolf Gray, Fish Farewell, and ZR1 Circuit decals for the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 car body

Note: The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 uses the Breakout hitbox. You can get an idea of how it'll feel in-game by taking a look at the other cars with the same hitbox.
