What To Sell In Escape From Duckov

In classic extraction-shooter fashion, Escape From Duckov features a deep crafting and hideout system which requires a ton of items and resources. Players familiar with the genre will quickly fall into the trap of hoarding everything, and will soon run out of Warehouse space.

This piece will tell you what to sell in Escape From Duckov and what items are the best source of money in the early game.

There isn't a set list of items per se, but there are a few rules of thumb that you safely follow:

• If an item can be stacked, keep only one stack of it. This way it will only occupy one slot in your Warehouse. Sell or dismantle the excess.
• Once you've unlocked the ability to craft an item, sell it. Most crafting components are stackable, so it is much more efficient to hoard those instead of the crafted items.
• Use the Mark system. When hovering an item for an upgrade or an ability increase, you can press N to mark it. A heart will show up on the item's icon once you encounter it in the wild. Use this system to know which items you need at each moment, just remember to unmark then once you've got enough.
• You cannot equip duplicate Totems, so sell every duplicate you own. Sell any Totems which are lower quality than any you already own, and also get rid of any that you don't intend on using. These can net you quite a bit of money.
• Sell any weapons that aren't fully repairable (the ones with a red part of their bar). Just make sure these aren't later game weapons that will give you better weapon parts, as those should be dismantled instead.
• The same goes for pieces of armor. Once you have enough of the crafting component, just sell any pieces of armor that aren't fully repairable.

The best way to make money in Escape From Duckov's early-to-mid-game is, by far, questing. Completing quests will net you a lot of money and experience, so it will always be the best investment of your time. With that being said, you can supplement this main source of income with item sales.

Weapons are some of the best items to sell in the early game, especially while you haven't unlocked dismantling. The better the weapon and its quality, the more it will sell for. Just make sure you remove any attachments before you sell it.

Totems are the also an excellent investment. You'll collect Fading Feathers as you kill enemies on the surface. You can either trade 8 or 80 of these for Totems. Saving 80 will net you more Totems for your investment, but it isn't worth doing until you are consistently exploring the second map. You'll get duplicates, lower tiered versions, and totems that you will never use. Sell all of those for a very good sum of money.

If you are still struggling with cash, just keep completing quests and be patient. You'll soon be making a ton of money as you progress to the later areas of the game. Those of you who are suffering from space issues in your Warehouse, consider expanding it as a priority, and make sure you are shoving all your attachments into any weapons you own, you'll save a ton of slots that way.
