It is one of the rarest ores in the game and has a high Forging Multiplier, which means it can make your weapons and tools much stronger.

Where to find Gargantuan in The Forge?
Image via RobloxGargantuan can only be mined inside The Peak Cave on Frostpire Expanse Island. It does not appear in any other World or Cave. To access Frostpire Expanse, you need to reach EXP Level 70.
Completing quests, exploring caves, and unlocking achievements from earlier Worlds will help you reach that level. Once ready, you get a portal from the Wizard NPC that lets you teleport to Frostpire Expanse.

How to mine Gargantuan in The Forge
Image via RobloxTo mine Gargantuan, you need a Pickaxe with more than 620 Mining Power. The best option is the Prismatic Pickaxe with 650 Mining Power, 20% Mine Speed, 72 Luck, and 4 Rune Slots.
You can get it beneath the lake, left of the Frostpire Expanse Village. You need 2 B and a mosasaursit, which comes from mining the Ice Wall Rock near the Pickaxe.
You can also attach Miner Shards at the Runemaker and use a Luck Totem to improve your chances of getting Gargantuan.
