Wolf Armor is the current top-tier armor set in The Forge. It arrived with the Frostpire Expanse update released on December 25, 2025. The set has three parts: Wolf Helmet, Wolf Chestplate, and Wolf Leggings.
All three are crafted only in one place, the Frostpire Expanse island. This armor focuses on boosting health first, with extra perks added through different recipes.
Image via RobloxYou can only craft Wolf Armor on the Frostpire Expanse island. It does not appear in any other Realm or cave. The forge you need is near Sensei Moro on the island.
Image via RobloxTo reach Frostpire Expanse, you need to finish all quests from the previous two Realms and reach EXP Level 70.
After that, use the Portal you get from the Wizard NPC during the tutorial quests given by Sensei Moro. The Portal teleports you directly to the island.
Image via RobloxWolf Armor does not have its own forge option. You get it while forging Heavy armor pieces. Each Wolf Armor piece has a 1-in-4 chance, which means a 25 percent chance, to appear if you meet the required forge chance.
To do that, you need to add enough ores. For Heavy Chestplate, use at least 40 ores. For Heavy Leggings, use at least 30 ores. For Heavy Helmet, use at least 26 ores. It may take one try or several tries before the Wolf piece shows up.
Image via RobloxEach piece gives a strong health boost. Wolf Chestplate gives +35 percent to base health and sells for $1355. Wolf Helmet gives +25 percent to base health and also sells for $1355.
Wolf Leggings give +28 percent to base health and sell for $1200. These stats make the set great for staying alive longer in tougher caves.
Image via RobloxThere are three main recipe paths, and each one changes how the armor performs. Recipe using Snowite, Frost Fossil, and Velchire focuses on movement speed and physical damage, giving each piece +20 percent movement speed and +17.5 percent physical damage.
Recipe using Mosasaursit, Frost Fossil, and Velchire adds more durability, giving +35 percent health along with +20 percent movement speed and +17.5 percent physical damage.
Recipe using Etherealite, Mosasaursit, and Sanctis is more stamina-focused, giving +35 percent extra health, +18 percent stamina, and an additional health increase. All recipes require different amounts of ores for helmet, chestplate, and leggings, but the pattern stays consistent across the set.
Image via RobloxWolf Armor stands out because it combines high base health with flexible bonuses through recipes. You can tune it for speed, stamina, or pure survivability depending on how you play.
Since it is locked behind EXP Level 70 and a single island, it also marks a clear progression point for late-game players.
