BLAST Rivals 2025 Season 1 is almost here.
Eight of the best teams in the world will be descending upon Copenhagen for the event, battling it out over a $350,000 prize pool and the chance to crown themselves as the inaugural BLAST Rivals champions.
We've got Major champions, Grand Slam winners, the World's number one, and the greatest teams from each region in attendance, so who will those teams be facing in the Group Stage?
The event lives up to its name with Group A, huge rivals MOUZ and Vitality will be pitted against each other if they should both win their opening games. MOUZ sniper torzsi recently told us he thinks that MOUZ are "Getting closer to beating Vitality" - so will Rivals be the time they finally do it?
Rounding out the group is North America Wildcard, who will be looking to bring their MRQ momentum to the event, as well as South American wildcard invite paiN, who will be looking to bounce back in a big way after their early elimination at IEM Melbourne.
Entering the fray in Group B is Team Spirit, who will be looking to claim their second BLAST trophy of the year after returning victorious from BLAST Bounty in January.
Standing in their way will be the m0NESY-buffed Falcons, who if things go their way, could be stepping into Rivals after picking up their second trophy of the year at IEM Melbourne.
The two teams will have to contend with FaZe and Asia's wildcard invite FlyQuest, with both teams set to provide plenty of danger to those teams' lofty ambitions.
The opening matches of BLAST Rivals 2025 Season 1 will take place on April 30th, 2025.
There will be 45 minutes between each game, with rolling starts should games conclude earlier or later than scheduled. The third game of the day can not start earlier than 15:30 CEST.
There will also be 15 minutes between each map in a series, giving you plenty of time to do everything you need to do before more exciting Counter-Strike action.
