Vitality have today announced the departure of Danish rifler Magisk from their starting roster.
The 25-year-old has been a key part of their team this year, helping them to win IEM Rio, the BLAST.tv Paris Major, and Gamers8.
It is expected he will now join former Vitality coach zonic at Falcons, which will be the third team the duo have both been a part of.
Although Vitality seems to have a capable replacement lined up in mezii, the Englishman will have a tough task on his hands to fill the gaping void left by the outgoing Magisk.
Winner of an Intel Grand Slam with Astralis, he also won four Majors in CS:GO including a threepeat with the Danish side and his most recent Major win in Paris with Vitality.
One of the most unique players in all of Counter-Strike, his signing represents a huge coup for a Falcons side that is looking to take over CS2 in 2024.
Still included in the Vitality roster for BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023, it is unclear as to when he will actually link up with Falcons. Magisk isn't the only big signing Falcons are looking to make either, 1.pv.fr are reporting that NiKo will also be joining the Saudi organisation from G2.
