If you’re playing Resident Evil Requiem, the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center investigation mission is where things start getting layered.

Grace wakes up in a locked room. Look around for context if you want, then head into the hallway. Your first real task is to get the Cherub Key from a drawer near a lamp.

You’ll learn that a fuse is missing. To get it, you first need a screwdriver from the nurse’s station. This is where the stalking monster appears. You cannot fight it, so stay in well-lit areas and move carefully.
Push the trolley slowly to avoid noise, grab the screwdriver, then return to get the fuse and unlock the door.

Control shifts back to Leon. You’ll fight multiple enemies, including one with a chainsaw. Take that enemy out first, grab the chainsaw, and use it to break open the blocked path. This leads you back toward Grace’s route.

Now the mission opens up. Your main goal is to collect three items:
These are needed to unlock the main exit. A pamphlet gives a clue about their relationship, which becomes important later.

Use the West Wing keycard and start exploring. Move carefully here because enemies can overwhelm you. Eventually, you reach the Chairman’s Office.
Solve the symbol puzzle using Moon, Sun, Star, Moon to get the Moon Quartz. You’ll also find the Red Jewel, which opens another locked door.

You’ll find labs, safes, and crafting options. The Blood Collector lets you create ammo and injectors. There’s also a large roaming monster here.

After picking up the wristband, you can open locked rooms. This gives access to better gear, crafting materials, and important items like the Wrench and Artificial Organs. These are needed for later progression.

You’ll find clues through photos and notes. Use Corrosive to open the puzzle box, then input Star, Sun, Moon, Sun. This gives you the Sun Quartz and more story context.

Insert the Artificial Heart and Lung into a corpse to trigger a fight. After defeating it, you get Level 2 clearance. This unlocks the Isolation Ward and more story elements. Eventually, you solve another code and move closer to the final Quartz.

You now need to restore power using three Joint Plugs found across different sections: Processing, Holding Cells, and Inspection. Once done, free Emily and carry her to safety. During the escape, you receive the Star Quartz, completing the set.

You exit the facility briefly but realize you need the Helicopter Key. Inside a nearby building, solve small object puzzles involving the Double Helix Model and Antique Hourglass. This opens a hidden area where you find the key.

Leon provides cover while Grace carries Emily. Focus on shooting enemies from a distance and clearing paths.

As Grace, activate three power units while avoiding the stalking monster. Use light sources to slow it down. Once power is restored, return to the roof hatch.
