If you are trying to get the Long-Tailed Tit bird in Crimson Desert, it is actually pretty simple once you know what to prepare and where to go.

Before you even go looking for the bird, make sure you have the Sotdae of Bond. This is required to tame any bird in the game. You get it by completing the Authorized Access faction quest under the Pororin Forest Guardians.
If you already did this before the update, check your storage because it should already be there. Next, get bird feed.
You can use Barley, but Buckwheat works better since it is the favorite food of the Long-Tailed Tit. You can find Buckwheat near Pororin Village, usually around white flowers.
The best spot is near the mountain at the Spire of Ringing Truth. There is an Abyss Nexus just north of it, which makes it easy to fast travel.
You need to be in that area between 7 am and 5 pm in-game time. If you go outside this window, you will likely not see the bird at all.
Once you reach the location, walk near the cliff edge and place the Sotdae of Bond from your inventory. After placing it, you will get an option to add bird feed. Use Buckwheat and make sure you add more than 20.
This is important because multiple birds spawn in that area, like crows and pigeons, so a higher quantity improves your chances. After placing the feeder, move a short distance away and wait. Do not stand too close, or the birds might not land.
This part depends on luck, so it may take a few minutes. When the Long-Tailed Tit finally lands and starts eating, let the trust level reach 100. After that, walk up to it, and you will get the option to take it as your pet.
