If you’re playing Atomfall and trying to figure out which weapons are worth your time, you’ve come to the right place.
I’ve put together a tier list to break down the best weapons from the game, ranked from S-tier (top of the line) to D-tier (probably best avoided).
I’ll go over how each weapon performs and help you decide which ones are worth grabbing.
Atomfall weapons tier list
S-Tier
Image via RebellionS-tier weapons are absolutely best and you should prioritize having them in your repertoire. Here is the list of all S-tier weapons:
- Leamington 12-Gauge Shotgun: It is great for taking out enemies who rush at you, especially those FOWs that like to get up in your face.
- Peerless SMG: With a high rate of fire, it is perfect for clearing out groups of enemies at close to medium range.
- Stengun MK2: It has a solid fire rate and can take down enemies quickly in close-to-medium-range battles, just not quite as fast as the Peerless.
- Terrier.22 Rifle: It is accurate and deadly at long ranges, making it perfect for taking down enemies before they even get close to you.
- Heavy Survival Knife: It is not the fastest, but it delivers hard-hitting blows that can finish off enemies when you’re low on ammo.

A-Tier
Image via RebellionThese A-tier weapons are excellent choices, but they might not be as perfect as the S-tier weapons. Here is the list of them:
- Lee No.4: It does decent damage, but it is a bit slower to reload compared to other rifles.
- Bow: It is perfect for quietly taking down enemies like druids or outlaws, but it is not the best against tougher foes.
- M. 1911: It has decent power, and while it might not be the most exciting weapon, it is solid for backup in tight spots.
- Hi-Power 9 MM: It packs a punch but lacks a bit of versatility compared to other guns in A-tier.
- MK.VI Revolver: It hits hard, especially when landing a headshot, but it is slower to reload and fire compared to some of the faster weapons in the game.
- Falkirk Battle Rifle: This rugged rifle can deal with enemies at a distance, but it has a slower fire rate.
- JM-3 Bullup Rifle: It has a decent rate of fire and enough power to be useful in a variety of situations, but it is not as powerful as some of the other rifles on the list.
B-Tier
Image via RebellionThese weapons still have their place, but they’re not the first pick you should go for. Here are the weapons:
- Terrier.22: The recoil is manageable, but it doesn’t have the same punch as other weapons in the higher tiers.
- Eastleigh Hunting Shotgun: It is easy to handle and works well at close range, but it lacks the raw power of the Leamington 12-Gauge.
- Broadside Auto 5: This shotgun has less recoil than the Eastleigh, so it is easier to control.
- Enfield LMG: It has decent damage, but its slow reload speed and heavy recoil can be a bit of a hassle.
C-Tier
Image via RebellionThese weapons aren’t the best, but they still have some utility. Don’t expect to win any major fights with them, though. Here is the list:
- Hatchet: The Hatchet can do some decent damage in close combat.
- Axe: It can be good for dealing with a few enemies in close quarters, but it is not the most efficient weapon.
- Sickle: The Sickle has a curved blade that can cut through enemies, but it is not as reliable as other melee weapons.
- Police Truncheon: This blunt weapon can deal damage, but it is a bit slow, and you’ll need to land several hits to take down tougher enemies.
- Stun Stick: The Stun Stick delivers electric damage, but it is not as powerful as you might expect.
D-Tier
Image via RebellionD-tier weapons are not going to help you win any battles, and using them might just slow you down.
- Knife: It is not particularly strong and should only be used when you have no other options.
- Heavy Survival Knife: It is slow and takes time to land finishing blows, making it less effective than other melee options.
- Mace: The Mace can do some damage, but it requires several hits to take down enemies.
- Spiked Club: The Spiked Club does some decent damage, but it is slow and requires a few hits to really take enemies down.
- Club: Similar to the Spiked Club, the Club isn’t very powerful. It is slow, and you’ll need to land multiple hits to defeat an enemy.
- Cricket Bat: A fun weapon, but it is not particularly useful in combat.
