AC Black Flag Resynced: All Free Items And How To Get Them
Ubisoft’s latest Assassin’s Creed release did come with plenty of microtransactions, but it also features a decent amount of stuff you can unlock without paying a cent.
Here are all AC Black Flag Resynced free items, how to get them, and which ones you should prioritize first.
AC Black Flag Resynced Free Store Items
As its name implies, AC Black Flag Resynced’s store serves for selling stuff for money, but not exclusively. Visit the store by opening your menu, heading into the Animus sub-menu and then pressing Start.
You’ll first be greeted with four paid character packs, but if you scroll all the way down to Additional Content, beyond Naval and Utilities, you’ll find three free items.
One of them is the Shipmate Monkey, a pet which will hang around on the Jackdaw. You could also unlock it by using one of the free codes we covered in another piece. Read the entire article for a guide on how to also get new Sails for your ship and some free Animus Keys.
AC Black Flag Resynced: All Codes
But the two other items are only claimed directly in the store. The Rustic Flintlocks are a Legendary Pistol that has 22 Range, 1.20 Draw Speed and a unique perk:
- After a Perfect Dodge, quick shooting immediately does not consume ammunition.
Secondly, you’ll be able to claim the Nomad’s Bronze Ensemble, a Legendary outfit. This free outfit will allow you to give Edward Kenway a more classic assassin look.
Projects
Returning to the Animus menu will bring you to the Projects page. There are three AC Black Flag Resynced Projects, but two of them are a bit misleading. Riptides and Undertow are both Crossover Projects. This means that most of their rewards, including the last one, are items for AC Shadows.
They do have some Black Flag Resynced items, though:
- Riptides 5: Dark Animus Corsair Sails
- Riptides 12: Naoe’s Robes Legendary Outfit
- Undertow 5: Dark Animus Corsair Crew Attire
- Undertow 12: Yasuker’s Yoroi Legendary Outfit
- Both Projects also give Animus Keys to spend at the Exchange
The Project you should activate first, though, is the one which will give you the most free items for AC Black Flag Resynced, Eye in the Dark:
- 1: Dark Animus Familiar Legendary Pet
- 2: Dark Animus Corsair Flintlocks Legendary Pistol
- 9: Obsidian Monolith Legendary Trinket
- 13: Dark Animus Corsair Ship’s Wheel
- 18: Dark Animus Corsair Robes Legendary Outfit
Eye in the Dark also gives you a total of 4000 Animus Keys to spend at the Exhange.
Free Exchange Items
Lastly, you have 8 items to purchase at the Exchange for Animus Keys. These are:
- Connor’s Legendary Outfit: 3000 Animus Keys
- Altaïr’s Swords Legendary Cutlass: 1500 Animus Keys
- Ezio’s Swords Legendary Cutlass: 1500 Animus Keys
- Naoe’s Shadowblade Legendary Cutlass: 1500 Animus Keys
- Dark Animus Corsair Hull: 800 Animus Keys
- Dark Animus Corsair Figurehead: 800 Animus Keys
- Scarred Rigging Rare Sails: 600 Animus Keys
- Storm’s End Rare Sails: 600 Animus Keys
But how can you get your hands on the whopping 10300 Animus Keys required to unlock everything at the Exchange? Beyond the ones you can get via the Projects, you can claim them for free via the Synchronization tab in the Animus menus.
All of them are completed by doing quests or tasks as you play the game. And with that you now know of all free items that you can get your hands on at the start of AC Black Flag Resynced.
