
The direct invites for The International 2026 (TI15) have been officially revealed. Seven Dota 2 teams have earned direct invitations to the crown jewel event in Shanghai, China, while the remaining teams must battle through the regional qualifiers to secure their spots.
Here’s the complete list of invited teams for The International 2026 (TI15):
Out of the seven invited teams, six hail from the European region, while Xtreme Gaming is the only Chinese team to receive a direct invite. The other nine spots at TI15 are up for grabs through the regional qualifiers.
Five sets of qualifiers will take place to determine the remaining nine spots for The International 2026. The Eastern and Western Europe qualifiers have been merged into a single European qualifier. The full schedule for the qualifiers can be found below:
China receives two additional slots, while Europe gets four, accounting for two-thirds of the remaining qualification spots. South America, North America and Southeast Asia get only one spot. Once the qualifiers are done and dusted, the final sixteen teams for The International 2026 will be assembled.
Ticket sales for The International 2026 kick off on June 10th at 2 pm China Standard Time. Two ticket options are available to purchase: single-day tickets for any day, or two-day bundles covering Thursday/Friday and Saturday/Sunday.
There’s also good news for all the ticket holders — all seats for this year’s tournament will be assigned, with no General Admission tickets available. TI15 ticket prices range from $105 to $460, depending on the tiers.
