Dota 2: ESL One Bangkok 2024 Details

• Prize Pool: $1,000,000
• Location: Royal Paragon Hall, Bangkok

ESL One Bangkok 2024 will be held between December 9 and 15, 2024. Twelve of the best Dota 2 teams in the world will compete for a massive $1,000,000 prize pool. The first phase will be held online, while the second phase will be held in front of a live audience at the Royal Paragon Hall, in Bangkok.

Format

ESL One Bangkok 2024 will be held in two phases: Group Stage and Playoffs. Here’s how the format looks:

• Group Stage (December 9 to 11, 2024)
  • Two groups of six teams each
  • Single round-robin format
  • Best-of-two (Bo2)
  • Top two teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs
  • 3rd & 4th teams from each group advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs
  • Remaining teams are eliminated
• Playoffs (December 12 to 15, 2024)
  • Double elimination bracket
  • All series best-of-three (Bo3) except Grand Final
  • Grand Final is best-of-five (Bo5)

Four Dota 2 teams will be eliminated at the end of the group stage while the remaining eight advance to ESL One Bangkok 2024 playoffs.
