DreamLeague Season 23: Dota 2’s elite lock horns for $1,000,000

Get ready for a global Dota 2 showdown. DreamLeague Season 23 ignites on May 20th, 2024, featuring the world's finest teams vying for a staggering $1,000,000 prize pool.

The event also serves as a stepping stone to the Riyadh Masters by bringing elite European, Chinese, Southeast Asian and North American Dota 2 teams to battle each other.

DreamLeague Season 23 Date and Venue

DreamLeague Season 23 will be held online between May 20 - May 26, 2024, in two phases – Group Stage and Playoffs.

• Group Stage (May 20 - May 22, 2024)
  • Two single round-robin groups of six teams each
  • All series consist of two games
  • The top two teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of playoffs
  • 3rd and 4th place teams from each group advance to the lower bracket of playoffs
  • The remaining teams are eliminated

  • Double-elimination bracket
  • All matches except the Grand Final are Bo3
  • The Grand Final is Bo5

The best Dota 2 teams in the world will assemble in Europe in a boot camp setting and compete against others to reign supreme.

Will there be a live audience? No, there won’t be a live audience as the tournament is held online. However, you can support your favourite Dota 2 teams by watching streams online on various channels.

What is the Prize Pool of DreamLeague Season 23?

The prize pool for DreamLeague Season 23 is a whopping $1,000,000. The winning team walks away with the lion’s share of the prize pool ($300,000) and ESL Pro Tour (EPT) Points.

The participating teams will be eligible to accrue EPT Points – an essential instrument for determining the eligibility of teams to qualify for the Riyadh Masters 2024 or the Dota 2 Esports World Cup.
