DreamLeague Season 24 is just around the corner and sixteen teams are getting ready to compete for a massive prize pool of $1,000,000 and the coveted ESL Pro Tour (EPT) Points. Here’s everything you need to know about the esports event.
Sixteen Dota 2 teams will compete for glory at DreamLeague Season 24. The tournament is divided into three phases – Group Stage 1, Group Stage 2 and the Playoffs. Eight teams will be eliminated by the end of Group Stage 1 as eight teams advance to the next round.
The remaining eight teams in Group Stage 2 will compete for four spots in the playoffs. Four teams will advance while the remaining four will bid farewell to the event. The ultimate showdown will be held between the remaining four teams in a double-elimination bracket format.
DreamLeague Season 24 boasts a massive prize pool of one million dollars. But more importantly, it also boasts of the coveted EPT Points. These points are crucial in determining a team’s eligibility for the Riyadh Masters and teams with the most number of EPT points earn themselves a direct invite to the event.
The Riyadh Masters serves as the culmination event for the ESL Pro Circuit boasting an impressive prize pool of $5,000,000.
