Vitality have won their third event in a row and are now the champions of BLAST Open Lisbon.
The IEM Katowice winners had to come back from a map down in the final, a surprising circumstance considering their 13-0 victory on map one.
Let's recap the action.
We were hoping for a close final, but after Inferno we were starting to think we wouldn't be getting it.
Vitality were a battering ram on their T side, clean-sweeping MOUZ as ropz, flameZ and ZywOo combined for 36 kills on the T side.
ZywOo was flying from the start, he picked up a 1v2 on the T side to kick off his game.
And the star man continued to fly high, he picked up the 1v1 against torzsi in style.
There was nothing MOUZ could do to stop the onslaught, apEX was hitting insane shots to shut down lurkers when MOUZ went onto their T side.
MOUZ refused to let the 13-0 get them down, they bounced back in emphatic fashion on Mirage.
The young squad soon found themselves with a 9-3 lead at the half, largely down to a monstrous 19 kills from Spinx in that first half.
However, Vitality fought back hard, and shots like this one from flameZ had us all dreaming of OT.
But the Spinx carry job was too strong, and his 26 kills helped MOUZ to a 13-11 win.
Dust2 was just as close, MOUZ ended up winning the map with another 13-11 scoreline.
They started strong by winning the opening pistol round, but ZywOo was on hand to get VItality on the board in round three.
But ZywOo wasn't the only AWPer performing, torzsi was htting some insane shots to keep MOUZ in the early rounds.
And he wasn't alone, Jimpphat was also coming up big as MOUZ drew the score level.
7-5 to MOUZ at the half, Vitality wrestled back control of the game to take the lead at 10-9, but their former man Spinx pulled off a nuts play to tie the game back up.
The new MOUZ man top-fragged the server on map three, his 19 kills helped MOUZ take the lead in the series.
Now in the unfamiliar position of being behind in a series, Vitality dug deep to tie the series on Nuke.
ZywOo was the main driving force as Vitality secured a 9-3 lead, he picked up 14 kills on the CT to give Vitality the advantage.
Even as MOUZ tried to fight back with a pistol round win in the second half, you knew how the game was going to go when flameZ was hitting shots like these.
Vitality soon wrapped up the map 13-7, a combined 38 kills from apEX and ZywOo was enough to take map and push us to map five.
We headed to Train for the first time ever in a BO5 deciding map in CS2, and it did not disappoint.
Vitality ended the first half with a 7-5 lead, but how could they no when ZywOo was hitting shots that we'd have to report him for.
And he wasn't the only one of Vitality's stars shining, ropz was also holding his composure as he so often has.
The duo combined for 32 kills on map five, but it was flameZ's top frag that secured Vitality the map. The Israeli star picked up 21 kills to give Vitality their third trophy of the 2025 season.
