

BLAST, in collaboration with Liga Ace, a Latin American esports organisation, has announced the BLAST Premier Rivals Monterrey, set to take place at the iconic Escenario GNP Seguros, at Pabellón M, Monterrey, Mexico from 2nd to the 4th May.
This highly-anticipated event will bring together the best Counter-Strike teams from around the globe to compete for $1 million USD in prize pool and participation fees. Set in the heart of Monterrey, the event promises to be one of the most electrifying moments in esports history for Mexico and Latin America.

The BLAST Premier Rivals Monterrey is expected to be the most significant esports event to take place in Mexico to date, with the city set to benefit significantly from the event, with $12.5 million USD forecast in economical investment, thousands of fans attending and millions more tuning in online from over 150 territories in multiple languages.
BLAST and Liga Ace have partnered to deliver a premium esports experience, combining BLAST’s world-renowned production quality with Liga Ace’s deep understanding of the LATAM esports community. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to growing the esports scene in Latin America while providing unforgettable moments for fans.

The first two days of the event will be played behind closed doors, before the Escenario GNP Seguros, at Pabellón M, opens its doors to fans for three days of action packed Counter-Strike with thousands of fans expected to attend the BLAST Premier Rivals.
