It's been an incredible run, but Nemiga's time in the BLAST.tv Austin Major has come to an end as they fell 2-1 at the hands of paiN.
One of the last remaining teams from Stage 1, let's take a look at how their final game went.
Starting out on Ancient, paiN had an early advantage, but Nemiga quickly drew the scores level after an outrageous clutch from their IGL, 1eeR.
Nemiga kept pushing, they soon secured a 10-6 lead and 1eeR had some words for his opponents in response.
13-10 when it was all said and done, 1eeR might have had huge impact, but it was zweih who topped the scoreboard with 244 kills and a 1.72 rating.
Anubis was a very different story. paiN started confidently, keeping the score level at half time thanks to a pistol round win and a three round streak at the end of the half.
nqz and dav1deuS were the difference makers, they combined for 23 kills to give paiN a very competitive CT side.
Nemiga picked up the pistol on their CT side, but that was about as good as it got for them in that half, they won just one more round as dav1deuS extending his kill count to 23 to give paiN a 13-8 win.
We headed to Dust2 for the decider and paiN well and truly carried their T side momentum into the map as they kicked it off with a 5-0 start.
Nemiga still managed to keep the half competitive, they brought it back to 7-5 at the break, but their attack fell short and they were ultimately eliminated thanks to a 13-7 scoreline.
dgt and snow starred, they combined for 37 kills to keep paiN's Major dream alive.
