A day of 2-0 victories, Spirit followed MOUZ into the semi-finals after a dominant win over NAVI.
A difficult event on an individual basis for NAVI, Spirit had no individual troubles in the quarter-finals, sh1ro, donk, and zont1x all stepped up to send Spirit through and set them up for a match with Vitality.
Let's go over the action.
With the series opening on Dust2, Spirit soon found themselves building up a lead thanks to shots like these from sh1ro.
8-4 in favour of Spirit at the half, NAVI looked like making it a more competitive 7-5. However, as he often does, donk said "no."
The game didn't get any easier for NAVI in the second half, Spirit managed to keep all five alive as they shut down NAVI's A site hit with a force buy.
In fact, Spirit were feeling so comfortable that chopper decided he needed to give NAVI a helping hand.
In the end there was very little that could be done to help NAVI, donk and sh1ro picking up 20 kills apiece was enough for Spirit to secure the map 13-7 and send us to Anubis.
Spirit were clearly feeling confident heading into the second map, donk was even having some fun with our cameraman on his way back to the stage.
And it's easy to see why, donk and sh1ro weren't letting up at all as they raced to a 4-0 lead.
Try as they might, NAVI just couldn't pierce NAVI's defence. Not that it's that surprising, just look at the shots donk was hitting.
8-4 at the half once more, donk was again the difference maker when it came to securing that eighth Spirit round.
NAVI had a mountain to climb in the second half, and it's hard to climb at all when sh1ro is shooting down at you from the top.
The AWPer had another solid map on Anubis, adding 16 kills to his tally. However, he was outfragged by donk, who was unstoppable with 22 kills in the 13-7 win.
