Legacy knock Imperial out of BLAST.tv Austin Major

In a banger game, Legacy and Imperial traded dominant maps, but at the end it was Imperial who we bid farewell to as they exited the competition in a 2-1 defeat.

Legacy dominate Inferno
The series opened on Inferno, a map which Legacy were on top of from round one.
Recording an 11-1 T side,lux, n1ssim, and dumau were unstoppable on that run, the trio combined for 25 kills to put Imperial will their backs against the wall.
Converting with ease in the second half, capatain lux topped the scoreboard with 17 kills in the 13-2 win.

Imperial put on a strong showing on Dust2 yesterday, and they did so again today as they took Dust2 with a 13-5 scoreline.
noway was frying in the early exchanges, he picked up a multi-kill to deliver his team a fourth round.
He stayed strong throughout, helping Imperial record their series leveler with 20 kills across the 18 rounds played.
Legacy take the series on Mirage
Not to allow a single map to get as close as the series, Legacy returned to dominance on Mirage as they closed out the series with a 13-4 win.
The opening rounds were close, though, until Legacy took control by capitalising on timings like this.
9-3 at the half, Imperial looked like they might still have some life in them, decenty managed to secure a 1v2 in pistol with the help of his trusty blade.
However, Legacy soon sat them down, closing out the series with four consecutive round wins off the back of a 21-kill top frag performance from dumau.
