The invites have been sent. The MRQs have been played. The complete team list for the BLAST.tv Austin Major is now set.

16 teams will enter the fray in Stage 1 on June 2nd, 2025, followed by eight more in Stage 2 and a further eight in Stage 3. Eight teams will advance from each stage, culminating in the playoffs in Austins Moody Center, taking place between June 19th-22nd, 2025.

The biggest event of the Summer, the BLAST.tv Austin Major will see the 32 teams involved do battle for a $1,250,000 prize pool and the chance to write their names into Counter-Strike history.

Let's take a look at the teams in with a chance of doing so.

Stage 1

Kicking us off in Stage 1 we have the teams that qualified through the various MRQ events, those teams are:

Stage 2

Joining the eight teams that advance from Stage 1 will be the eight lowest-ranked teams that received invites via their VRS ranking. Half of the invites went to European teams and the other half went to teams from the Americas.

Stage 3

The final eight teams to enter the event will step into the competition in Stage 3. These are the highest-ranked teams to receive invites based on their VRS ranking, with Europe receiving six of the invites and Asia and the Americas both receiving one each.
