Look away now NA fans, your first team has been eliminated from the BLAST.tv Austin Major.
Complexity were one of the biggest hopes for NA coming into the Major, but those hopes have now been dashed as they were eliminated 1-3 by TYLOO.
Let's look at how it happened.
Complexity rested their hopes upon Train heading into the BO3, and they looked good in the first half. They could've taken a 7-5 lead into their CT side, but Jee was on hand to level the score heading into the break.
TYLOO's T side was far more dominant, they recorded seven rounds as JamYoung, Attacker, and Jee all picked up 10 kills to win the map 13-8 and give their team the advantage in the series.
Heading over to Inferno, Complexity were rising to the challenge and managed to record a 7-5 lead at the half. A strong position considering they were set to play the favoured T side in the second half, it was looking good for them to take us to a third.
Just CS2 things.
TYLOO weren't out of it, though, the Chinese team's CT side ended up being even stronger, and Mercury racked up 15 kills in the half to enable TYLOO to eliminate Complexity with a 13-11 scoreline.
