Eternal Fire shock Vitality to advance to semi-finals

Both teams survived having their heads hunted yesterday, but the same can't be said for the most wanted teams today.

Vitality may have looked great with ropz so far, but once again, Eternal Fire have found the chink in their armour.

Vitality fall flat on Anubis

We were surprised instantly during map one of this series, Vitality gave Eternal Fire the favourable T side in the veto. A decision they would later come to regret.

What ensued was a 9-3 T side lead for Eternal Fire, their stars were shining, and even IGL MAJ3R was cookingh like XANTARES.

It seemed like Vitality themselves were surprised they were on the CT side, mezii killed ZywOo to concede the A site on round four.

Vitality attempted to mount a comeback on their T side, but XANTARES was having none of it, slicing ZywOo to send us to map two.

Eternal Fire pull off the upset on Mirage

With us sent to Mirage, Eternal Fire continued their strong form and built up a quick 6-1 lead.

ZywOo looked like his entry kill might start a fight back, but some clean headshots from Wicadia and XANTARES kept Vitality down.

9-3 at the half once more, Vitality looked like picking up the second pistol round, but jottAAA clutched it from out of nowhere.

However, that pistol win didn't mean that EF could take the series quickly, Vitality began to mount a comeback thanks to holds like this from mezii.

Despite the clutch, Eternal Fire wasn't feeling the pressure, and woxic pulled off a clutch of his own to secure map point.
