FaZe to return against NAVI: BLAST Rivals Fort Worth groups and opening matches revealed

BLAST Rivals Fort Worth is set to get underway in a little under three weeks, with BLAST set to return to the Lone Star State for the first time since the BLAST.tv Austin Major last year.

The event, which will be the final event in the BLAST Premier Spring season, will feature eight of the best teams in the world, who will all be heading to Texas to battle it out for the lion’s share of the $1,000,000 prize pool.

Rosters are set to be locked on April 24th - but who will those rosters be facing in their opening games?

BLAST Rivals Fort Worth groups

The eight teams are set to be split into two groups of four. The team in each group that wins two games will advance straight to the semi-finals, whils tthe team that loses two games will be eliminated. The remaining teams will advance to the quarter-finals.

BLAST Rivals Fort Worth opening matches

There’s plenty to be excited for on the opening day of BLAST Rivals Fort Worth. The rookies of FUT will be looking to upset Vitality in their opener, whilst FaZe will return to action against an in-form NAVI team.

Reigning BLAST Rivals champions FURIA will headline the day’s proceedings, starting their tournament run against the underdogs, GamerLegion.
