BLAST Rising teams and dates revealed

As we look ahead in 2025, the next tournament in the BLAST Premier calendar is BLAST Open Lisbon.

12 teams in attendance are to be decided by VRS and their invites have already been sent out - more on that soon - but the remaining four teams in the 16-team event must be decided by winning another event first.

Those events, BLAST Rising, will be proving grounds for each region, a chance for some of the finest in a region to gain bragging rights over their rivals and book their place in the first BLAST Open.

Closed qualifiers for these events are yet to be completed, but invites have been handed out and dates for the events are set, so let's go over them and when you can watch the Counter-Strike action.

BLAST Rising EU

Dates: February 8th-9th.

BLAST Rising Asia

Dates: February 10th-12th.

BLAST Rising NA

Dates: February 13th-14th.

• BOSS
• Getting Info
• Nouns

BLAST Rising format

Each BLAST Rising tournament will be a single-elimination bracket.

The teams will have one chance to make it from the quarter-finals to the final and secure their spot at BLAST Open, with every game being played out in a BO3.
