2026 has been a difficult year for MOUZ, but they’ve finally got their hands on another piece of silverware as they took down Spirit in the grand final of BLAST Bounty Season 2 2026.
Their first trophy of the year, it comes after making multiple roster changes in recent months, and marks a first tier one trophy for both xelex and PR, with the latter making his MOUZ debut at the event.
MOUZ now leave Malta with $226,563 in prizepool, and a further $40,000 in club share. Spinx was the MVP winner of the event, following an excellent showing in the grand final.

History dictated that Spirit were the vast favourites heading into the match, and witht he series set to kick off on their pick of Dust2, it seemed destined for them to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
However, Spinx spat in the face of destiny, and as donk went AWOL for his opponents, the Israeli rose to the occassion with a 23-8 statline in the 13-8 victory.
Spirit were then expected to bounce back on Mirage, but that map ended up being even more dominant for MOUZ, with Spinx topping the server once again as he added another 20 kills to his tally and helped limit Spirit to just four rounds.
The Russian team did manage to bounce back on Ancient. donk finally came alive with a 21 kill game of his own, extending the series to a fourth map as Spirit sealed it 13-9.
MOUZ weren’t letting Spirit all the way back in, though, they sealed their trophy win with a 13-10 scoreline on Nuke. Spinx was once again the deciding factor, adding 20 more kills to take his total for the series to 78, and nullifying the 20-15 display from sh1ro as the AWPer finally came online.
An overall disappointing display from a Spirit team that may have counted themselves lucky to be in the final at all, MOUZ will be over the moon with their performance. A confident display from them, this is exactly the type of reputation rebuilding run they needed to give them confidence as we move forward in the second half of the year.
