Heroic have had some roster turmoil in recent weeks, but they won't need to worry about what that means for BLAST Premier Fall Final.
The organisation has already announced that dupreeh and cadiaN will be standing in for them at the event, and they have now said that their roster will be completed by ex-Copenhagen Flames player Zyphon.
Zyphon has been a part of Sprout since the disbanding of that Copenhagen Flames roster and has impressed in the last three months with a 1.13 HLTV rating.
Zyphon was a key part of the Copenhagen Flames roster that made it's way to the quarter-finals of the PGL Antwerp Major. A team that got stripped apart soon afterward, he was the odd one out as his former teammates moved to Heroic, G2, and fnatic.
After finding a home with Sprout, the team went on to qualify for the IEM Rio Major where they were knocked out in the Legends Stage.
Zyphon is the last remaining player from that Sprout team following Staehr's departure to Astralis, and lauNX leaving for Falcons. The team dropped off following the event, and subsequent changes saw them switch to an international core.
Sprout have struggled for the most part in 2023 and the stand-in opportunity will provide Zyphon with another chance to show what he can do at a tier one level.
Heroic will be looking to have a strong performance at the event, not only is it cadiaN's last dance with the team, but it is also a chance for them to retain the trophy they won last year versus FaZe.
BLAST Premier Fall Final is set to take place in Copenhagen's Royal Arena between November 22nd-26th, catch all the action right here on BLAST.tv.
