The British are coming: mezii signs for Vitality

On a day in which Football GOAT Lionel Messi invested in KRU Esports, French organisation Vitality has signed their own Messi with this clever announcement.

The British rifler has joined following his departure from fnatic and will make his debut with Vitality at BLAST Premier Fall Final later this month.

mezii joins the Major champions

With Vitality being the reigning Major champions, this move represents a huge step up in mezii's career.

That isn't to say that mezii isn't already prepared to play for a team of Vitality's profile. Part of the original Cloud9 Colossus lineup, mezii was the shining light of a team that was meant to go all the way to the top but ultimately disappointed following the outbreak of COVID-19.

Since then mezii has been an integral part of fnatic where has has operated both as their star rifler and as their IGL within the last year.

Replacing Magisk on the team, it's paramount that mezii hits the ground running in order to fill the void left by the Danish rifler.

There's little for Vitality fans to worry about though, mezii has been impressive in the last three months with a 1.11 HLTV rating.
