skullz's six-month-long stint with Team Liquid has now come to an end as he has departed for Brazilian organisation FURIA.
The move has been expected for a long time, with both Dust2.br and Game Arena reporting on it's completion prior to the official announcement.
He replaces kye on FURIA, with the youngster departing after a difficult spell with the team following arT's benching.
skullz's move to FURIA marks the end of his time on English-speaking teams, having previously played for paiN before joining Liquid.
skullz was touted as one of the hottest prospects in Brazilian CS during his time on paiN, however, he struggled to capture the same form while a part of Liquid.
His time with Liquid ended with him holding a 1.05 HLTV rating for the year and with the team missing out on multiple LANs, including the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.
skullz isn't the only member of the Liquid squad that signed for 2024 to depart, both IGL cadiaN and coach zews have also been benched following the roster's failure to meet their own high expectations.
FURIA fans won't have to wait long to see their new man in action, FURIA will debut their new lineup in the Esports World Cup, which is set to kick off on July 17th.
