NAVI book Spring Final place with 2-0 win over G2

Two teams that have played each other multiple times recently, including here at Spring Groups in the Group C winners match, the Group C final was fought between G2 and NAVI.

Aleksib has an impressive record against his former teams, read on to see how he notched another W on his record in this game.

Map one - Inferno (G2's pick)

G2 are one of the best Inferno teams in the world but they were powerless to prevent this jL masterclass in the pistol round.

The pistol round win set NAVI off well on the map. So well in fact that G2 enlisted a sixth member for round seven.

And yes, G2 did win that round.

The arrival of the chicken seemed to spur G2 on, and they brought the half back to a competitive 7-5 scoreline at halftime.

They even claimed the lead in the second half, but the wind was taken out of their sales as w0nderful clutched up on the B site.

NiKo used all of his powers to try to keep G2 in the game, but it was his former captain Aleksib that stuck the knife in G2's hearts to seal the map for NAVI.

Map two - Mirage (NAVI's pick)

Mirage started just like Inferno did, heavily in NAVI's favour.

w0nderful wasn't the only NAVI player hitting disgusting shots either, b1t didn't even need to see huNter- to take him down.

9-3 at the half, NiKo had a torrid time on the CT side as he got just one kill. That all changed on T side though, he starred in the pistol round to keep G2 in the game.

It wasn't enough though, and this snap from iM to kill huNter- on the A retake really summed up G2's day.
