FaZe and NIP need to survive underdogs: Fall Showdown schedule revealed
The BLAST Premier calendar continues with BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024 and it's going to be a banger.
We have 16 of the best teams in the world competing in the event, battling it out for just two spots at BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024.
Those two spots will complete an incredible lineup for Fall Final, a list which already includes the likes of Spirit, Vitality, NAVI, and a new Liquid who are absolutely on fire.
Fall Showdown first matches
Let's take a look at the first matches of Fall Showdown 2024, a crazy round of 16 that will involve FaZe after they were eliminated from BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 at the hands of NIP.
Photo: Stephanie LindgrenPlease bare in mind that these matches will be played on a rolling schedule. This means that the times provided are provisional and could be subject to change according to how the games play out.
The second match of any day will always be played 15 minutes after the completion of the first match, however, the third match can start no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
This means that any match scheduled for 20:30 CEST will start no earlier than 20:00 CEST.
Other than that, there will be 15 minutes between maps and 15 minutes between series and each day will begin with a 15 minute pre-show.

After the conclusion of the first round of matches, the second round of matches will instantly begin.
This round will mostly take place on August 24th, however, the first quarter-final match will be played on August 23rd after Cloud9 vs paiN.

August 25th
The final day of Fall Showdown 2024, August 25th is qualification day. On the 25th, we will discover which two teams will secure their place at Fall Final 2024.

The Fall Showdown is the final opportunity to book a place at BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024.
Set to be one of the final big events before the Perfect World Shanghai Major, it will take place between September 25th and September 29th 2024.

Talent revealed: Jacky and Vince set to cast

Jacky first graced BLAST Premier back at BLAST Premier Spring Final presented by Revolut, and he is back for the Showdown.
This time working as a caster, he'll be alongside Counter-Strike favourite Vince.
Also casting will be Scrawny and launders, the duo that have become the voices of BLAST Premier over the last few years.
The desk for the event will be a two-man desk made up of two of the brightest minds in the business, Mauisnake and Pimp, and the talent lineup will be rounded out by Banks providing his typically top-quality interviews after the games.
