Heartbreak for Heroic as Cloud9 secure arena berth
Heroic have been left heartbroken by Cloud9 as the Russian team defeated them in the quarter-finals.
It was an opportunity for the Danish side to play in front of their home crowd, but their problems leading up to the event proved too large, and Cloud9 dominated them for a 2-0 victory.

The first half of Nuke was an even affair, as the scores were tied 6-6 at the break.
dupreeh was in fine form in the first half. His 15 kills required the combined efforts of electroNic and Ax1Le to prevent the impact from taking the map away from Cloud9.
Cloud9 started the second half strong, they picked up five rounds in a row off the back of Boombl4's patience in the pistol round.
11-6 down, Heroic refused to go down without a fight. First, cadiaN kept his composure to stick the defuse versus Perfecto:

Sadly, it wasn't enough for Heroic, and despite dupreeh ending the game with 23 kills and Zyphon top-fragging on 26, they fell 13-11.
Cloud9 gives Heroic no chance on Inferno
Inferno has been a strong map for CT sides so far at Fall Final, but Cloud9 flipped the script on its head in map two.
The Russian side raced to a five-round lead, and despite Heroic securing a few rounds, they kept going strong to establish an 8-2 lead.
dupreeh then had an incredible A site hold to make it 8-3, but Cloud9 immediately returned fire to close out the half 9-3.
HObbit was the star in the first half. His 16-5 statline was by far the best in the server.

Cloud9 will now face Vitality tomorrow in the Royal Arena for a spot in the grand final.
