Following a string of disappointing results and struggles to find a permanent fifth player, BLAST.tv Paris Major semi-finalists Apeks have announced that their entire roster has now been transfer-listed.
Prior to this announcement, the organisation had already lost the core that they had during the Paris Major. jL departed for NAVI, kyxsan for HEROIC, and STYKO was benched in December.
Although those three players had already left the team, Apeks still had jkaem and nawwk from their memorable Major run.
nawwk even gave us one of our favourite quotes of all time, saying that "It was destiny for me to knock [NIP] out" after Apeks secured their place in the playoffs.
The Swedish AWPer reinvigorated his career in Apeks after famously being benched by NIP when they signed device, giving life to the term 'getting nawwked'.
As for jkaem, the veteran Norwegian has been a top-tier player since early on in the Global Offensive era, playing for G2, FaZe, and alongside the former Renegades/100Thieves team.
Rounding out the transfer-listed roster is CacaNito, the former Bluejays player who has failed to transfer his tier two form to tier one, and sense, the former Apeks Rebels player who has also struggled to make the step up.
The final player on the team was STYKO, although his most recent contract only ran up until March.
Also transfer-listed was the team's coach, mithR, who had only recently signed a contract extension that would run up until 2027.
