BLAST.tv Points Acceptable Use Policy
BLAST.tv Points ("Points") refer to digital content that can be accrued and utilized by BLAST.tv account holders within the BLAST.tv website. These Points are specific to each user and that they must be earned and employed by the user.
Scope
This Policy is applicable to any BLAST.tv user who engages with, earns, accrues, redeems, or utilizes BLAST.tv Points. Changes to this Policy may occur over time. The most up-to-date version of this Policy will be accessible on the BLAST.tv website, superseding all previous iterations. Such changes will take effect upon publication. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy. Continued engagement with Points, whether by earning or redeeming them, after modifications to this Policy, will be deemed as an acknowledgement, comprehension, and unconditional agreement to these changes.
It's crucial to understand that your usage of Points is also subject to and governed by BLAST.tv's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any capitalized terms featured in this Policy but not explicitly defined herein hold the meanings assigned to them in the applicable Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. In case of any contradictions between this Policy and those agreements, this Policy shall prevail, solely governing and controlling matters related to Points.
Primary Usage Guidelines
Points are not a form of currency. Points are digital content meant to be obtained and consumed exclusively within the BLAST.tv platform. These Points hold no monetary value; they do not represent cash equivalents, currencies, or any form of property.
Points cannot be bought or exchanged outside BLAST.tv.
The acquisition of Points through purchase is prohibited. This Policy expressly forbids the sale, trade, exchange, or transfer of Points (or any offers to do so) to other BLAST.tv users in exchange for monetary compensation or real-world currencies. While BLAST.tv can offer rewards or benefits in return for Points, Points cannot be otherwise exchanged for items of external value beyond the BLAST.tv platform. Any Points used in activities that contravene this Policy may be confiscated or annulled.
Earning Points
Several avenues exist for earning Points. BLAST.tv establishes the types of activities that generally yield Points across the platform. Potential methods for users to earn Points may encompass the following (subject to change):
- Live Drops: Accumulate Points by watching streams.
- Watch Streaks: Gain Points by consecutively watching multiple streams on BLAST.tv.
- Playing / Interacting with minigames: Points gained by games such as but limited to- Counter-Strikle, Fantasy and Pick’ems
- Visiting the BLAST.tv website
BLAST.tv reserves the right to determine and modify the Points allocated for specific activities at its sole discretion and at any time. It's important to recognize that users do not possess any tangible or intangible ownership, proprietary rights, intellectual property claims, or monetary interest in Points. Points remain BLAST.tv's digital content, governed by the BLAST.tv Terms of Service.
Redeeming Points
Due to regional legal disparities, not all redemption opportunities will be universally available to all BLAST.tv users. Constraints on redemption opportunities endorsed by BLAST.tv will be communicated at the time of redemption. Potential ways for users to redeem Points could encompass the following (subject to change):
- Initiating or Participating in Polls
- Redeeming Cases for Emoji’s and or Avatars
- Earning High level Rewards
- Engaging in Experiences
In all instances, BLAST.tv retains the right to regulate the types of redemption opportunities available. This means that Points required for redemption could be adjusted significantly, a redemption opportunity might be revoked, or restrictions could be imposed.
Restrictions may include but is not limited to age and region in which the user is located.
BLAST.tv also reserves the right to establish limitations on the number of redemption opportunities, either in total or per user, per day or based on other criteria determined at BLAST.tv's discretion.
Once Points are redeemed, they are consumed, and no reimbursements, returns, or exchanges are possible for additional Points, cash, or goods and services—even if the redemption opportunity is later revoked. Users do not hold any tangible or intangible property rights, proprietary claims, intellectual property rights, ownership, or monetary interest in digital content obtained through Points redemption opportunities. These items remain BLAST.tv's digital content, governed by the BLAST.tv Terms of Service.
Points will expire if unused by the date specified by BLAST.tv. Users can verify their current Points balance and the associated expiration date by logging into their accounts.
Adjustments and Conclusion
BLAST.tv retains the right to amend this Policy, in whole or in part. This includes alterations related to how Points can be earned, utilized, the categories of Points available, and conditions under which Points may expire or be forfeited. Such modifications may occur at any time, with or without advance notice, even if they impact a user's ability to use already-acquired Points. The Points program has no predetermined end date and may continue until BLAST.tv decides to terminate it. BLAST.tv reserves the sole discretion to modify or terminate the Points program, wholly or partially, at any time and for any reason. In the event of program termination, notice of this decision may be posted on the BLAST.tv website and/or sent via email to users' registered email addresses. Should the Points program be discontinued, users will generally have around thirty (30) days, or a timeframe deemed reasonable by BLAST.tv, from the announcement date of program termination to utilize their remaining Points, subject to availability of redemption opportunities. It's important to recognize that the availability of many previously accessible redemption opportunities might decline rapidly or cease altogether once program termination is announced. Any Points remaining in a user's account at termination will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
Violations of this Policy
BLAST.tv reserves the right to terminate your authorization to use BLAST.tv Services, prevent or block future access to these Services, annul accumulated Points, adjust Points balances, or suspend membership privileges at any time with immediate effect. Such action may be taken if BLAST.tv determines, at its sole discretion, that a user (a) has behaved in violation of applicable laws or regulations, (b) has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, (c) has breached this Policy, (d) has committed fraud or abuse related to Points, Points usage, or Points redemption, or (e) has undertaken any conduct that prompts BLAST.tv to terminate or suspend access to BLAST.tv. Appropriate administrative or legal measures may also be taken under such circumstances. Violations or attempted violations of this Policy by you (or any third party using your account or acting on your behalf) will constitute a breach of the Terms of Service, including this Policy, and a material breach of any other pertinent agreement(s) or supplements, with BLAST.tv.
BLAST.tv's failure to enforce this Policy in specific instances does not equate to a waiver of BLAST.tv's right to enforce this Policy in similar or identical situations.
