BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
• BLAST employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
  • Note: To be eligible to win the BLAST Premier World Final 2023 Trip, the $50 steam gift card or $100 steam gift card the user must be at least 18 years old. Anyone under this is not eligible to win these prizes.
• There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
• The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• In the case of users earning the same number of points in the global leaderboard there will be a raffle for the associated prizes with the fixed number of items randomly awarded to the tied users. No extra prizes will be provided.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
• The winners will be determined by the global leaderboard and notified via the email address provided when signing up to BLAST.tv
• BLAST.tv will make one attempt to contact the winners via email.
• If the winner does not respond to the email informing them of their win within 7 days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and BLAST.tv reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by BLAST.tv for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• The winner's username will be announced on BLAST.tv's website and social media channels.
• BLAST.tv accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
• BLAST.tv reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
• BLAST.tv reserves the right to refuse to award a 'prize' to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If they have grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating any entry or causing disrepute), BLAST.tv reserves the right (in their sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with such activity.
